Due to each of our products being handcrafted creations,  handling can take from 7 to 10 days prior to shipping. We want to make sure that each product is made with the upmost care.  We thank you for your patience and are excited that you would like to start your self care journey with us!

Returns Policy
We want you to love your Miche’s Natural Collections experience! Because our products are handmade-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns on used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges Policy
If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged in transit, let us know within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a solution that works for you. Please provide a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.
